Suggest a better descriptionCook pasta according to package directions to yield 1 1/2 cups cooked pasta. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine breadcrumbs and salt in a pan. Dip chicken into egg whites then into breadcrumb mixture. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and brown 4 to 5 minutes. Transfer chicken to a sprayed baking dish; cover with tomato sauce. Top with cheeses; bake 20 to 25 minutes. Divide into 3 servings; serve each over 1/2 cup pasta.
Toss all salad items together and divide into 3 servings.
