Optional: soak the raisins in the spirits 5 min
Toss together the apples, raisins, walnuts, brown sugar, and spices. Drizzle with honey.
Roll out one can of crescent dough on a cookie sheet. Make sure to crimp all the perforations shut so it doesn’t leak.
Add the apples, leaving 1” around the outside to seal the edges of the crust.
Roll out the 2nd can of crescent dough. Crimp all the perforations shut so it doesn’t leak. Lay it on top of the apples.
Crimp all the outside edges shut.
Bake at 375o for 20 min or until golden brown.
