It's a sweeter version
Last time I added one egg yolk and I deducted the weight of the yolk from the water amount. Also, I put the dough in the fridge for less than an hour. It worked pretty well.
Oven temperature was 400F for about 20 minutes, and a minute or so on high broil to brown the top a little.
Mix the dry ingredients
Dice the butter, add to the mix and smash them together
Add the water when every butter square is smashed
Mix until the dough pulls together
Put it in the fridge for at least an hour
