Baking Dish: Simmer covered for 20 minutes.
Mix: Cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, mild cheddar, + 2 eggs (beaten)
Add meat to baking dish / slow cooker as base layer
Spoon cheese mixture evenly over the meat.
Baking Dish:
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Slow Cooker:
Cook 6-8 hours on LOW
Serve in bowls and with Tortilla Chips.
