Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil in meal sauce pan. Add flour and whisk so flour does not burn. Stir fry in garlic until soft, then add in seasonings. Gradually add stock, whisk to get smooth texture. Continue to simmer until sauce thickens. Approx 1/2 hour.
Use immediately (you can double recipe freeze rest of sauce for another time).
