pre heat oven to 350
coat a 13 x 9 pan with Pam or other spray
In a large bowl, mix oats, flax, cranberries, walnuts and wheat germ. Blend in sweetened condensed milk.
Scoop into pan, press into bottom evenly.
bake for 30-45 minutes until oats are browned.
Let cool and cut into 12 bars.
