Easy but requires the right technique.

Prepare a sheet pan by coating lightly with oil.
Heat on low to get all ingredients blended and melted, stirring constantly.
Then turn heat to medium high and stop stirring. Bring to a boil and using a candy thermometer, cook until 300 degrees. 10-12 minutes.
Pour out onto the sheet pan. Do not scrape pan or stuff from the bottom if there is anything.
Shake the pan to even out layer. Options here to add sea salt or chopped nuts sprinkled on top.
Let cool to room temperature.
Break apart and can eat as is, or dip in chocolate and/or sprinkle with nuts.
