Echar en un bol las patatas cocidas, los huevos, el bonito y las anchoas.
Para la mayonesa, poner un huevo en el vaso de la batidora, echar tres dedos de aceite de girasol, un chorro de aceite de oliva, los aceites de las anchoas y el bonito y una punta de un diente de ajo. Batir con la batidora pegada al fondo e ir levantando para que vaya incorporando todo el aceite.
Mezclar cuando la ensaladilla todavía está caliente. Servir con palitos de pan.
