2. Corte la cebolla colorada y el pimiento en juliana. Pique el tocino.
3. Pre caliente un sartén a fuego medio y coloque el aceite de oliva.
4. Acitrone la cebolla por dos minutos agregue el ajo picado, mezcle y agregue el tomate y el pimiento marrón.
5. Sazone con sal, pimienta, nuez moscada y cocine por un minuto. Por ultimo apague.
