Sacar la carne de la sartén. Freir el ajo en la sartén y agregar el vino tino. Regresar la carne y agregar el consomé de carne con los jitomates y la pasta de jitomate. Cocer por una hora tapado. Agregar los vegetales y cocer otros 25 minutos más sin tapar.
