Mix salt and spices together and combine with butter and honey.
Peel one orange and cut into chunks. Leave peel on other orange and slice.
Arrange loins in an ovenproof dish. Add dried fruit and oranges.
Brush fish and fruit with all the spicy butter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for ± 45 minutes.
Baste fish and fruit occasionally with honey butter to keep it from drying out or burning.
Serve with Basmati rice or ordinary rice to which a touch of nutmeg and turmeric as well as chopped coriander leaves (dhania) has been added.
