Suggest a better descriptionHeat a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add ground beef cook for 3 minutes turn down heat to medium. Add onion and garlic.Continue cooking about 5 more minutes or until thoroughly browned. (High temperatures make garlic turn bitter so don't add too early.)
Add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer 10-15 minutes. Add seasonings in last few minutes of cooking.
