My scrambled eggs that Ryan says they should be famous!
Chop onions and turkey lunchmeat. Add oil, onions and turkey to hot pan. Cook until brown.
Blend eggs until eggs are not separated.
Add soy milk to eggs and blend well.
Chop spinach and Tomatoes.
Turn heat to low on pan, Add spinach and tomatoes and cook until spinach is wilted.
Add egg and soy mix to pan.
Push eggs very slowly in pan, eggs should be getting fluffy and not pressed down. Cook all the way (could take 15 mins)
Add cheese at the very end. And fold cooked eggs over top.
NOTE - If there is any water in the pan, you cooked the eggs at too high of temp.
