Fudge treat
Melt sugar, butter and milk over Medium heat. Bring to a full rolling boil.
Continue cooking for 5 minutes, Stirring continuously. (Do Not Over Cook)
Add Vanilla and chips, stir together until melted (add nuts here)
Stir in marshmallow cream until melted and mixed well.
Pour into a lightly greased baking dish (9 x 13)
- Foil / Aluminum pans work great
Let cool completely. Cut and enjoy.
