Mix above ingredients together. Roll dough into pasta machince, cut into pieces, let dry 2-3 days.
Broth - bone and skin of chicken or turkey, onions, celery, salt and seasoned salt. Cook down until meat is tender. Once boiling, throw in noodles - 1 hour for noodles to cook.
Thicken broth to make like a gravy with cornstarch. Serve over potatoes.
