Suggest a better description1. Preheat the oven to 375°
2. Bring a large pot of water I a boil. Peel and slice the Daikon. Add to the boiling water. Boil for 15 minutes. Drain.
3. Grease a 10x8 baking dish. Later half the Daikon in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of the salt and 1/4 teaspoon of the pepper in top. Spread half the cream cheese and sprinkle 1/2 cup of the Parmesan and 1/2 cup of the cheddar on top. Repeat to fill the baking dish.
4. Bake for 50 minutes or u til golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes. Garnish with thyme and crumbles bacon.
5. Store for up to 4 days or a month in the freezer.
