Made the recipe here https://www.wildmeat.co.uk/blogs/recipes/chicken-with-walnuts-and-pomegranate
I have tried several recipes but it is a nightmare keeping the walnuts and/or molasses from burning and ruining the flavor of the fish In fact even if well made it is still not that delicious, and for the flavor combination of walnuts and pomegranate, it is much better to drizzle a magret for example with the molasses and garnish with chopped walnuts.
