Suggest a better descriptionFirstly, to prepare the dough, combine all the ingredients except for the parsley, feta and flour in a deep bowl.
Add the flour slowly and knead.
Get a soft but not sticky dough.
Add the finely chopped parsley and the feta cheese and knead again.
Take egg size pieces from the dough and roll them in your palm then make oval shaped dough.
Place the oval shaped dough in a greased tray by leaving spaces between them.
Brush egg yolk on the pastries and make lines on them by using a fork.
Finally sprinkle some sesame seeds on them and bake them in the preheated oven at 180°C until they get golden brown.
After baking serve hot.
