Bring to boil large pot of salted water. Drop in Fettuccine and cook according to instructions.
5 minutes before Fettuccine is cooked, melt Butter in pan on med-low heat.
Stir in Light cream; careful to not curdle.
Blend in Romano cheese until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in spices.
Mix well with Fettuccine.
