Add 1/2 cups of water once meat is 3/4th of the way cooked add 1/4 of tomato sauce
Place fideo in a large pan with about 3/4 cups of oil
Turn fideo constantly wait until fideo is completely cooked (brownish finish)
Drain oil from fideo
Mix fideo to meat
Add 1/2 cup of water
Add pepper (heavily)
Add salt (lightly)
Add 1/4 tomato sauce
Add 1 cup water
Cover pan and let heat
Add jalapeƱos
Add 1/2 tomato sauce
Let stant for 5 min
Enjoy!
