Suggest a better descriptionComenzar mezclando todos los ingredientes con excepción de la manteca, que sera agregada en la segunda parte del amasado. Llegar a 27ºC luego de haber amasado bien. Dejar descansar por 30 minutos estirada de forma rectangular y de 1 cm de espesor. Transcurrido ese tiempo, estirar levemente, espolvorear con un poco de harina y plegar a la mitad, volver a estirarla de 1 cm de espesor y cortar con un cortante de 6 cm de diámetro. Colocar en una placa bien trinchados y pincelar con manteca. Dejar levar en la fermentador, cocinar a 180ºC por 20 a 25 minutos sin que tomen color. A la salida del horno disponer sobre rejillas.
