Suggest a better description1. Tempere as nove fatias de filé mignon com sal, pimenta e orégano a gosto. Distribua as fatias, lado a lado, temperadas num refratário (30 cm x 20 cm x 6 cm). Coloque, sobre cada fatia, uma rodela de cebola e uma de tomate. Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180ºC por 40 min, enquanto prepara o molho branco.

3. Dissolva 2 colheres (sopa) de amido de milho em 500 ml de leite. Leve ao fogo, vá mexendo e adicionado 250 ml de creme de leite fresco, 100 g de queijo ralado, 1 folha de louro, 1 envelope de caldo de carne, uma pitada de noz-moscada e uma pitada de pimenta vermelha. Acerte o sal. Deixe encorpar por cerca de 10 min.
4. Acrescente 1 vidro de palmito escorrido e picado. Tire a carne do forno e escorra um pouco do molho que se formou. Coloque o molho branco sobre o filé mignon assado e leve ao forno a 180ºC para gratinar por mais ou menos 30 min. Retire do forno e cubra com a batata palha.
