diced tomato sauce with onions , prosciutto , basil and capers on pasta
heat olive oil in heavy sauce pan . Add onions , cover . Allow to cook without browning until soft . add prosciutto and mix well . Re-cover until cooked . Add basil , capers and diced tomatoes . Mix well and bring to a boil then simmer 30 minutes stirring often . carefully add salt and pepper
