If you love pasta and buffalo chicken wings, this will be right up your alley. This is a fettucine dish with a garlicy buffalo sauce.
Prepare roux using flour and butter, cook until thick. Cool in fridge until hard.
Bring hot sauce and worchestershire sauce to boil in a pot.
Add cream and return to near boil.
Break up cold hardened roux and add to pot along with salt and red pepper flakes.
Lower heat to medium and whisk to incorporate - simmering 5-10 mins.
Prepare bacon bits.
Cut chicken into 1/2" cubes and saute in skillet with butter and red pepper flakes.
When chicken is fully cooked, add scoop of fire pasta and cook until hot.
Ensure pan does not get too hot, which will separate the oils in the sauce.
Mix in parmesan and bacon bits.
Add fettucine and toss.
Garnish with more red pepper flakes.
