cook fish in milk on stove,keep turning.After remove skin,put milk aside,half for
pots other half for sauce.
Chop onion.Boil eggs.
boil pots,mash with butter and milk from the cooking fish.
Add to milk butter and flour stir,add onion salt pepper to make sauce.Bring to boil.
Put cooked fish in dish cover with sauce,cover with chopped egg,spread peas over.
Cover with mash pots,then springle cheese over.to cover.
Put in oven 4 for 40 mins.
