Suggest a better descriptionSkin and bone fresh fish. Put in boiling salted water and cook until tender. Soak hard bread over night. Put the soaked bread into cold water; bring slowly to the boil and cook only until tender, 5-10 minutes. Fry out small pieces of fat pork. Add the cooked fish, then the cooked brewis. Toss lightly and heat thoroughly.
