Suggest a better descriptionDrain pineapple well; save juice for a beverage. Season steak with salt and pepper. Broil 4 inches from heat 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Combine drained pineapple, chili sauce, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until heated through. Slice steak across the grain into thin slices.
