Light fluffy frosting that's not too sweet. It can easily be changed to peanut butter (by adding 1/3 cup) or chocolate (4oz unsweetened chocolate melted w/ 1 T butter) and omitting the vanilla extract.

Beat egg whites until fluffy. Slowly beat in the vanilla one drop at a time. Gradually beat in sugar milk and flour. Add the soft butter and beat until fluffy.
Egg whites will not get fluffy if there is any moisture on the beaters or bowl. Be sure to dry them thoroughly before touching the egg whites. This frosting also freezes well.
