This is the bread that Rachel made and sold.
Put ingredients in bread maker or use mixer. Mix. Allow to rise in bread maker or put in warm place to rise for about 45 minutes. Divide into 2 loaves and shape. HeT oven to 450. Let rise on back of stove for 20 minutes, cut slashes in bread, and then bake for 15 minutes. Can use ice cubes in a hot pan in the oven for a crispier crust. Can also be shaped into 8 rolls.
