Savory Chicken Dish, Rich and Creamy

1) Heat a couple of tablespoons of olive oil in skillet you can bake in.
2) Add seasoned chicken and brown on both sides...about 5 min each side
3) Mix onions and french onion soup. Cream together with immersion blender.
4) Add to skillet and deglaze bottom.
5) Add chicken back into skillet and spoon some gravy over it.
6) Top with green beans.
7) Bake at 400° x 20 min.
8) Remove from oven and top with French fried onions.
9) Return to oven for 10 minutes.
Serve with mashed taters and veggies
This recipe will work with hamburger steaks, too!!
