Suggest a better descriptionIn a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well. Saute until onions become translucent. De-glaze pot with burgundy.
Add water, beef and chicken base. Season with white pepper.
Simmer for about 1 hour.
Serve Market Style; use oven save crock top with croutons and mozzerella cheese and broil until cheese is golden brown.
