Suggest a better descriptionSauté onions in butter until tender, about 20 minutes.
Dissolve 3 cubes of bouillon in hot water.
Add beef broth and remaining ingredients except bread/cheese. Cook over low heat for at least 10 minutes. Place Mozzarella cheese in bottom of soup bowls; pour hot soup over cheese. Top with toasted French bread, and Mozzarella cheese.
Place in broiler to toast the cheese a little before serving.
