Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil in saucepan, add onion, cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Uncover.
Add sugar, cook on medium heat 15 minutes (or until onions are golden).
Add flour, cook and stir 1 minute. Add broth and wine. Heat to boil. Cook on low heat 10 minutes.
Divide into 4 bowls. Top with bread and cheese.
