Scramble eggs and milk together
Heat veg oil until hot.
Take a fork dip it into the egg mixture and then into the oil. If it sizzles its hot enough.
Turn burner down a bit.
Dip bread into the egg mixture then into the pan. Dont try and turn it for several minutes then flip over.
