Amazing sauce in a reasonable amount of time!
- combine in medium bowl chopped tomatoes, herbs, 2 T Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper
- Heat 2 T. Olive oil to medium-high in Dutch Oven
- Add Onions cook about 8 min till tender crisp
- Add garlic cook about 2 min
- Add all remaining ingredients, heat to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 40 min or till desired consistancy (1 tablespoon tomato paste may be added to thicken the sauce if you do not have time to simmer longer then 30 min
- Cook pasta, Drain and toss with the diced Fontina
- portion out pasta and serve with sauce.
