slow cooker soup
1. mix all ingredients in slow cooker
2. cover and cook on low setting 8-9 hours (or high setting 4-5 hours). or until veggies and barley are tender.
3. skim fat if needed. can top w/ croutons (herb flavored). can sub 2 cans diced tomatoes w/ 1/2 tsp garlic powder if needed
