5pm -6pm Prep pesto and make it into pesto crumb, cut skin off salmon and assemble, store in the fridge until ready to cook.
6pm Prep dietary requirements if you have any
6.55pm Make the sauce for the salmon
7pm Lay table
7.15pm Fry camembert and hold in the oven until guests are seated
7.20pm Prep your salad plates for your starter with redcurrant jelly too
7.25pm Put pan of water on for taglietelle and one for peas, get camembert out and plate up, Put salmon in the oven.
7.30pm Serve starter
Reheat the sauce for the salmon
Make the drizzle for the tagliatelle, cook the peas and taglietelle
7.45pm Clear starter, take panna cotta out of the fridge
Get salmon out of the oven, check temp and squeeze with lemon, plate up
Plate up tagliatelle and peas into warm dishes
8.15pm Clear mains and plate up pannacotta adding popcorn to finish, taking out of the fridge slightly early takes the cold chill off them and allows toffee to soften
8.30pm Clear dessert and offer tea and coffee with after dinner chocolates
Later Prep beef into marinade for tomorrow
Tips Wrap up leftover cake for the guests transfer on a Saturday as a nice gesture.
