Suggest a better descriptionCook the artichoke hearts in water for about 3-4 minutes. Drain. When cool enough to handle, dredge in flour. Then dip in egg and in bread crumbs pressing the crumbs in gently with the palm of your hand. Fry on both sides in hot oil until golden. Drain and serve. (wrv)
