Suggest a better descriptionIn a large bowl, soak the matzo in cold water for 1 ninute, just to moisten. Cut the matzo into 2 inch squares Pour oil into a skillet .After heat the oil, dropping in a bit of matzo, if it sizzles and turn golden right away, the oil is hot anough for frying. Fry the prepared matzos, without crowding, turning then once to brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels. Place on a serving plate and sprinkle with the sugar.
