Soak cut up prepared rabbitt in milk or buttermilk to cover, overnight. season flour with salt, pepper and paprika. roll rabbitt in flour, then in egg batter and then in flour again. Refrigerate 30 minutes for crust to set. Fry rabbitt in hot fat or oil as you would for chicken.
