1. Quitar la basura de los frijoles para evitar accidentes (piedras u otros tipos de frijoles).
2. Por cada 2 tazas de frijoles, serían 6 tazas de agua ( esto puede rendir para 4 personas y repetir una comida más).
3. Remojar los frijoles en agua hirviendo por 5 minutos.
4. Poner a cocer los frijoles con el litro y medio de agua. Agregar la cebolla y el aceite.
Si tienes olla exprés, dejarlo cocinar hasta 60 minutos. En olla normal podría tomar de 3-4 horas.
5. Checar que los frijoles ya se puedan aplastar fácilmente con la mano. Agregar sal al gusto.
