Cream butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and maple extract. Then add dry ingredients. Mix.
Chill dough for 1-2 hours.
Roll out and cut with cookie cutter of choice.
Bake on parchment paper 6-8 minutes. Cool on rack.
Make a butter cream frosting and add maple extract and vanilla extract to taste.
Frost and put in airtight containers, single layer.
