This is a very creamy, delicious cool pie for the summer. It tastes almost like a very rich strawberry ice cream. Enjoy.
Process strawberries in food processor or blender until pureed.
Cream together cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth. Add pureed strawberries and blend. Gradually add cool whip and blend until completely incorporated.
Spoon into crust.
Cover and refrigerate in freezer for 2 hrs. before serving.
Garnish with extra strawberries and additional cool whip, if desired.
Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving to allow a slight softening.
