Try this Frozen pudding, low carb recipe, or contribute your own.
Suggest a better description1) Whip one cup of heavy cream, set aside.
2) Cream the cream cheese with mixer.
3) Add in sour cream, 1/8 cup of whipping cream and 1/8 cup water. Mix well.
4) Set mixer aside and stir Jell-O powder into the mixture. (I don’t use entire package…more like 3/4 of the package since we are watching our carb intake.)
5) Fold in whipped cream (mixed at the beginning).
6) Place some parchment paper onto your cookie sheet.
7) Using a pastry bag (I use disposable) with a star tip filled with mixture, pipe onto parchment paper.
8) Freeze for 30 minutes to an hour.
I put these into cupcake tins, each ends up being aroung 2 - 3 carbs each.
