In large blender container combine celery, carrots, cabbage, milk and juice.
Blend on high for 1 minute
Add frozen fruit and blend for an additional minute. Start blender on low speed and increase to high.
Serve.
You need a heavy duty blender to make this smoothie, it will eat up lesser models.
