3: Press into ungreased 9x9,
4: Refrigerate appx. 1 hr.
5: Combine 1/4 cup melted butter, 1 Tbsp milk, 2 cups powdered sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla
6: Spread over bottom layer
7: Refrigerate appx. 1hr
8: Spread 1 1/2 squares (1.5 oz) melted chocolate quickly and evenly over chilled middle layer
9: Refrigerate appx. 30 min.
10: Cut into squares
