SImple but delicious, rich crustless pie
Soften butter, then slowly add sugar, beating until creamy. Separate eggs and add yolks to sugar mixture. Melt chocolate (I use the microwave), cool slightly then add to sugar mixture. Sift flour and beat into sugar mixture. Add vanilla and mix well. Whip egg whites with salt until stiff, then gently fold in thirds into the batter. Pour into greased pie plate and bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream and berries if desired.
