Christmas Fudget
Heat sugar, butter & evaporated milk to full rolling boil in 3 quart heavy saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil on medium heat until thermometer reaches 234 degrees stirring constantly (about 4 minutes after boiling). Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate and marshmallow cream until melted; stir in vanilla & walnuts. Spread immediately in to foil-lined 9" square pan. Cool at room temperature at least 4 hours. Cut into squares. store in air tight container. Makes about 3 lbs.
