Saute onion in oil in a large nonstick skillet until golden. Stir in tomato. Simmer 3-5 min. Add dried basil if using. Add oregano and broth. Simmer until thickened, 5-7 min. Remove from heat. Stir in fresh basil if using. Add salt and pepper. Serve over pasta. Top with Parmesan.
