Spread potato slices in single layer on baking sheet (if necessary, use 2 baking sheets) 4. Lightly spray potato slices with nonfat cooking spray; immediately sprinkle with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. 5. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes. 6. Remove from oven and carefully flip potato slices over. 7. Return to oven until lightly browned, about 15 minutes. 8. Turn oven off and let potatoes stand in hot oven until crisp.
